At Kirribee Custom Covers we take great pride in our workmanship and do our best to ensure our customers are satisfied and happy with their purchase.

Warranty:

Whilst we have stringent quality checks, we suggest that you check your purchases immediately on receipt and satisfy yourself that they are free from manufacturing defects before any use whatsoever.  In the unlikely event that there are issues relating to the quality and workmanship of an item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.

Cattle collars, Team Penning or Team Sorting collars have a 12-month warranty due to the nature of their use. Stencilled numbers may wear or fade over time. All care should be taken to carefully clean the collars with water and mild detergent, do not scrub or use harsh chemicals.

Returns and exchanges

We are only too happy to exchange an item or provide store credit if an incorrect purchase is made from our online shop of an off the shelf item within 7 days of purchase. Accepted credits or exchanges are to the value of the purchase excluding postage costs.

Postage and any handling costs in situations such as returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any refunds issued by Kirribee Custom Covers are less postage and handling costs and less any non-refundable fees incurred from by now pay later options and Paypal or Bank processing fees.

Custom made items.

No refunds or returns of custom-made goods, once order has been started.

Sales orders are final on all custom-made items, no refunds or returns. Please ensure all measurements are correct and double check. If you are unsure, please contact us we are only too happy to help you with how to measure etc. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have measured correctly according to the instructions provided. Custom made items are covered by our warranty for workmanship, if a manufacturing fault has occurred, we will do our best to rectify this.

If an order has not been started and the purchaser wishes to cancel, there will be a restocking fee of $15.

Postage and delivery times.

All postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Postage prices vary depending on the size and weight of your purchase.

Please contact us prior to ordering for postage prices if you have any concerns.

We highly recommend Australia post insurance; we only charge you what Australia post charges us for insurance. We include Australia post insurance with all posted items.

For custom items please allow 3-5 weeks from payment for your item to be made and shipped. Some items may take longer if special fabrics are ordered please check timeframe if you are in a hurry.

Off the shelf items are usually shipped within 2-3 days from payment.
